Oscar N. Lightner, M.D.

Dr. Lightner was born and raised in Laredo, Texas, and graduated from the Universidad De Monterrey. He has been a board-certified practicing physician for nearly 35 years and has delivered over 5,000 babies, an achievement accomplished in his first 20 years of private practice.

Dr. Lightner not only specializes in family medicine, but he is also skilled in many different areas of medical aesthetics including dermatology, injections, skin rejuvenation, and stem cell treatment.

He is an expert in his field and is truly committed to the healthcare of his patients as evidenced by his extensive work history. Dr. Lightner is fluent in both English and Spanish.
